these weeks go so fast, sister miller and i have been busy lately its nice being busy though!we are finally getting the hang of south port the bus systems streets (for the most part) and all those other things 🙂 we went on exchange this week with the crosby sisters awe it was so nice i was able to go back to crosby just for the day i was able to see that bulgarian family who i worked loads with when i was there! i just love foreign people there isn nothing better than connecting with foreign people even if your can understand each other 100 percent! in southport their are loads of polish people we are starting up an english teaching class and have lots of good connections there is a lady in the ward who is from the czech republic and speak polish she has a lot of friends that need to learn so we all came up with the idea to start a class! another member has access to a local building so we are using that! its great fun we cant wait!
we have a super busy week ahead of us. so on Thursday we always have a weekly planning day thats where we try to figure out what who and where we want to work the next coming week we do it for 3 hours! i remember the first time i have a weekly planning session YIKES i just read back in my journal the first time my first experience of weekly planning all i said was my butt hurt from, sitting hat long! now we are having meetings that last 6 hours of course with a break, its amazing the endurance i have gained on my mission truely a blessing|!
we will be traveling back to manchester on friday staying the night their because we have a meeting for the new missionaries on friday i get to go back to my old flat old area so i am excite about that! 🙂 oh the reason i went of on weekly planning is because i think i finally got hte hang of how to have an effective weekly planning session because we are super busy working a lot with members and less actives give us a good opportunity to get to know the ward. this past sunday i was sitting in church and it just hit me i love this ward and i love serving here i hope i stay here for christmas! we have a dinner appointment for next sunday with a family who hasnt had missionaries in their home for years! PRESSURE IS ON! also on sunday i was asked to speak at stake conference! talk about shaking in your boots they asked em to speak on family history so thank yoU so much grandma for helping me! i want to have a visual for it so i will blow up grandma sybil’s picture and bring it with me!
